About APS Workflow

Tom Cuneo – Vice President of Operations
Tom began as a Customer Service Representative at ScanTech Solutions in 1999. Strong work ethic, productivity, the ability to work with customers and solve problems earned Tom a Customer Service Lead in 2000 and an Employee of the Year award. Tom was promoted 2 additional times, eventually overseeing 4 teams of the ScanTech/LabONE APS call center in St. Louis. Tom’s experience with two different APS vendor workflow systems and operations make him uniquely equipped to effectively train clients and manage the operation.

Tom Neveau – Vice President of Information Technology
Tom has over a decade of IT experience. From 1997-1998 he was part of the IT staff of Southern Methodist University. He then accepted an IT position with the Human Resources department at BJC HealthCare, working there from 1998-2000. From 2000-2006 he was the Senior Applications Developer with Watlow Electric. In 2006 Tom was hired as the Director of IT of APS Workflow, Inc. Tom’s experience and his continuing education in coding and computer technologies education keeps APS Workflow with up-to-date APS solutions.

Cheryl Martin – Imaging Supervisor
Cheryl began her APS career at ScanTech Solutions in 1999. There she worked in Status, Verification, Customer Service, Imaging, and Billing. Cheryl’s wide range of experiences and knowledge in APSs, as well as her strong work ethic are a tremendous asset to APS Workflow.
